The benchmarking study in Hong Kong has been a collaborative project between the EdUHK[1] (UNEVOC Centre (HK) and IELL), University of Glasgow (School of Education)[2], Hang Seng Management College, Hong Kong College of Technology. It used the benchmarking tool developed by University of Glasgow to evaluate the ways VPET institutions engage with their local region and communities.
