You are warmly invited to attend the AESOP Public Spaces and Urban Cultures Becoming Local Annual Meeting in Glasgow, on 4-6 of June, hosted by the University of Glasgow, Scottish Cities Knowledge Centre.

The three day event, entitled: The power of place & the places of power, is aimed at discussing the complex interrelationships between Place, Power and Policy.

As keynote speakers, we will have with us Professor Matthew Carmona from UCL, London and Professor Panu Lehtovuori, University of Tampere, Finland.

We invite 16 presentations of critical issues today in public space research especially linked to the notion of 'power' and 'policy'. If you would like to attend, please e-mail me at: [email protected].

For more information, please see the flyer and attachments featured below for details.

We hope to see you in Glasgow for a dynamic and creative exchange of knowledge and experience in the field of city making.

Best wishes,
