Distinguished experts and researchers of skills development and adult and lifelong learning will provide keynote presentations in English and Hungarian Sections, to be followed by reflections and questions with answers. This programme is supported by ICAE, ASEM LLL, DVV International, EAEA and PASCAL International Observatory.
