Jean Monnet Sustainable Development Goals Network Seminar Series


From 2018–20, the Jean Monnet Sustainable Development Goals Network Seminar Series will address each of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Each seminar focuses on an individual Goal, offering an opportunity to explore the intent of the Goal, its targets, and some of the initiatives being undertaken to deliver on them. Each seminar will be accompanied by a Policy Brief

Sustainable Development Goal 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth aims to 'Promote sustained, inclusive and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment and decent work for all'.

Jean Monnet Sustainable Development Goals Network Graduate Student and Early Career Researcher Workshop


The Jean Monnet Sustainable Development Goals Network is also presenting a series of workshops for graduate students and early career researchers (broadly defined) aimed at making sense of the emerging place of the SDGs in universities.

In this workshop, participants will have the opportunity to deepen the alignment between their research and the goals and targets that make up the UN Global Agenda. 

This workshop is designed for ECR academics and PhD candidates who are working on SDG-aligned research, or who would like to explore the alignment of their research with the SDGs.


This is a free event but registration is required.
