PASCAL appoints two new Associates
PASCAL is delighted to announce the appointment of Brian Holland and Rob Mark as Associates.
As Director of National Workforce Development Agency, Cayman Islands, Brian brings extensive experience in people-based economic and workforce development strategies at national and sub-national levels to the benefit of PASCAL’s Place Management theme.
Head of the Centre for Lifelong Learning at the University of Strathclyde, Scotland, Rob has extensive experience in the broad field of Education and Lifelong Learning. His expertise benefits PASCAL’s Learning Regions and Social Capital themes.
PASCAL’s greatest strength lies in the breadth and depth of knowledge and experience of our Principals and Associates, drawn from all corners of the World and from a diverse range of backgrounds but all related to the furtherance of sharing of ideas and knowledge for practical application to achieve sustainable change across economic, social and cultural domains at a regional level.
