Support for part-time students - Open University campaign

The Open University has launched a Twitter campaign to draw Westminster government's attention to the significant decline in part-time student numbers. We are calling for government to lift the funding restriction in England stopping many adults from retraining with a second degree.

Pathways to work, youth unemployment — ACE news 7 Nov 2016

I've just realised I had not sent out last week's news round up so here it is with my apologies. Even though it's a few days late I think you'll find plenty of interest.  Last week's news included stories about Tasmania's Training and Work Pathway Program, high youth unemployment figures and in the wake of the VET FEE-HELP saga, the lessons from privatising education.
