United States-Pakistan Higher Education Initiative on Civic Engagement: Building Capacity for Student and Community Youth Leadership

Innovations in Civic Participation is hosting an Orientation Seminar from March 1-3 for its United States-Pakistan Higher Education Initiative on Civic Engagement project. The conference gathers delegates from five U.S. universities (George Washington University; University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill; University of Minnesota-Twin Cities; University of Nebraska-Omaha; and Tulane University) and five Pakistani universities (National University of Sciences and Technology; Dow University of Health Sciences; University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences; Quaid i Azam University; and Fatima Jinnah University).

The new Xploit website - invitation to contribute to final outcomes website

We are approaching the final scenarios of Xploit. Of course the Xploit mission will be continued in various directions in the 2014-20 period. This means two things: the final Xploit outcomes and the Xploit event in Catalonia in April.

RELA call for papers deadline - Mapping power in adult education and learning

The deadline for the call for papers for RELA  on "Mapping power in adult education and learning" is March 15.

The European Journal for Research on the Education and Learning of Adults (RELA) is a refereed academic journal creating a forum for the publication of critical research on adult education and learning. It has a particular focus on issues at stake for adult education and learning in Europe, as these emerge in connection with wider international and transnational dynamics and trends.
